The past month has been a really rough month work wise. The day Daniel and I moved our stuff up to Memphis I had a job interview with the place I am currently working. Needless to say I got the job. God has been good, and has really provided for us from day one.
I was super excited about this job because it's a graphic design job and what I really want to do. I thought I was walking into my dream job but what I didn't know was all the challenges I was about to face. It really has been a month of testing and learning, learning how to really practice patience every single day. Learning to be thankful for having a job when some don't have anything at all.
But after all these rough weeks where at times I wanted to quit, today I saw the fruits of my labor. All the countless, meticulous hours of design finally was finished, sent and returned from press. I may not agree with all the design aspects of the cards but whats really cool is to see something you worked so hard on be printed and sent all over the country. I think some bad days are worth going through, to get to walk through the good days. Those are my thoughts for today.
